During his visit to the B2Gold Corp. mine’s Agricultural farm in Otjozondjupa region, Agriculture Minister, Carl Schlettwein expressed joy to see production of wheat, maize and horticultural produce at the mine farm. The minister highlighted that production methodologies used at this particular farm may be replicated at some government green schemes. The B2Gold farm is currently harvesting wheat on three centre pivots of 15ha with harvest projection of 11-12 metric ton per ha. | Eagle FM Namibia
