[WATCH] The Greater Johannesburg Learners Transport Organisation has instructed its drivers to suspend all services on Friday. This follows a transport department operation on Thursday that saw more than 60 vehicles impounded and four drivers arrested for offences including overloading and unroadworthy vehicles.
