If you like them sweet, add about a tablespoon of maple syrup to this recipe. 🩷 I used 2 large onions here. Roughly a teaspoon of black peppercorns, garlic flakes, crushed red pepper & mineral sea salt. Add in about a 1/2 cup of white vinegar and pour hot water to fill the jar. These measurements vary in how much you are making. Let cool on the counter and then store in the fridge.
