Here's the situation along China Creek in Centralia as of about 2 p.m. as flood watches and warnings remain in effect across Western Washington (along with a high wind warning). Area rivers are not expected to reach flood stage by National Weather Service terms, but standing water, urban flooding and flooded fields have been reported in some places.
