The Kasilof River personal use salmon dipnetting season is from June 25 to August 7. Dipnetting is permitted 24/7 on the Kasilof, which is a large glacial river system flowing from Tustumena Lake and emptying into Upper Cook Inlet after 20 river miles. The personal use fisheries are only allowed at the river mouth, located 180 highway miles south of Anchorage. Both dipnet and gillnet personal use salmon fisheries are permitted on the Kasilof River. #travelalaska #Alaska #sockeyesalmon #DJI #Kasi
