Tennessee has sent 160 National Guard troops to Washington, D.C., as President Donald Trump and the White House continue to push their crime fighting directive.
This comes after Trump announced he is taking control over Washington’s police department and activating National Guard troops to reduce crime.
National Guard troops from West Virginia, South Carolina, Mississippi and Louisiana have begun arriving in Washington.
