Ratings for the Grammy Awards dipped from last year, despite the nail-biting tension of whether Beyoncé would win album of the year and a surprise appearance by The Weeknd.

Beyonce, pop singer Sabrina Carpenter and rapper Doechii were honored at music's Grammy Awards on Sunday at a ceremony that paid tribute to host city Los Angeles as it recovers from devastating wildfires.

After becoming the third woman to win the Grammy for Best Rap Album, the Alligator Bites Never Heal artist couldn’t hold back tears when she received the award from Cardi B, who previously won the honor in 2019. (Lauryn Hill was the first woman to win in the category in 1997 when she triumphed as part of the Fugees.)
