Admiral Sir Tony Radakin met senior US defence officials alongside other European military chiefs in Washington DC on Wednesday.

John Patrick Nixon, 38, from Irish Street in Armagh, is facing two counts of attempted murder over the incident at the Toby Jug bar in the city.
