The incident was reported a little before 9:40 p.m. in the 13000 block of Heacock Street, according to a news release​ from the Riverside County Sheriff's Office.

Two earthquakes were reported Thursday just after 5:30 p.m. southwest of Idyllwild in Riverside County. The first was a magnitude 3.8 quake, which was followed a minute later by a magnitude 3.5 shaker. The quakes were about four miles from Valle Vista, eight miles from Hemet, nine miles from San Jacinto and 13 miles from Beaumont.

A magnitude 3.8 earthquake rattled the mountain communities in Riverside County Thursday evening. The quake was reported around 5:34 p.m., about 6 miles southwest of the community of Idyllwild.

A pair of earthquakes shook parts of Riverside County, near Idyllwild, on Thanksgiving Day. The first earthquake, a preliminary magnitude 3.8, happened at roughly 5:36 p.m. The second, a slightly weaker magnitude 3.5, happened about 30 seconds later, according to the United States Geological Survey.

According to RTA, improvements are underway at 30 bus shelters throughout the Riverside Transit Agency service area, including Banning, Highgrove, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, Norco, Perris, Riverside, Temecula and Wildomar.
