M anchester City winger Savinho has taken to social media whilst continuing to be linked with a late switch to Tottenham Hotspur this summer transfer window. Spurs have less than two weeks to finish their business and lock in their squad for the 2025/26 campaign.

Savinho's proposed move to Tottenham Hotspur is on the verge of collapsing as Manchester City are all set to block the transfer, despite the Brazilian's interest in joining the north London club. Savinho was not included in the matchday squad for City's season opener against Wolves last weekend but Pep Guardiola later insisted that he wants the player to stay.

Manchester City have been linked with a move for Real Madrid forward Rodrygo during the summer transfer window.

As per Fabrizio Romano, Man City will only attempt to sign Rodrygo if Savinho completes a move to Tottenham Hotspur. The update claims that the Man City hierarchy are reluctant to sanction the Brazilian's departure in the current transfer window.

Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso has said he is counting on Rodrygo amid links to Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City. After playing a bit-part role at the Club World Cup earlier in the summer, the Brazilian continues to be linked with a Santiago Bernabeu exit before the transfer window closes.
