A Fresno family finally has some answers in their search for a missing Sacramento mother and daughter.

A missing mother known for her smile and kind soul was found dead in a Texas river, according to police and loved ones.

Owen’s 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer was located Sunday by volunteer divers, Adventures With Purpose, an organization that helps search for missing persons, said in a post to Facebook.
