Passengers on board a Delta flight on Monday were forced to evacuate via emergency slides after smoke or haze consumed the plane's inside, according to the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration and airline officials.

Beginning Tuesday, Delta is serving Shake Shack cheeseburgers to first-class customers on flights over 900 miles that depart from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Los Angeles International Airport, New York City's LaGuardia Airport and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
