Ilya Sorokin stopped 38 shots to lead the New York Islanders to a 2-1 win over the Boston Bruins on Thursday night.

After the game, the Bruins tipped their collective hat to Ilya Sorokin, whose 37 saves counteracted the Bruins' advantage in shots and play in New York’s 2-1 win. But they were frustrated with Islander backup Jakub Skarek.
