Pamela Bach, an American actor who appeared on several episodes of “Baywatch” and was married to its star David Hasselhoff for 16 years, died Wednesday at her residence in Los Angeles, Calif. The county medical examiner disclosed the cause of death was suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
