I was recently sent some video clips in .mp4 file format and could not open them with Windows Media Player, which displayed a message saying the file was incomplete or corrupt.

Download, install and launch a video conversion application (links in Resources). Select the "Add" file command and browse for the MP4 input video in the file selection window.
