Google warned that broadcasts of Fox channels will be pulled from its YouTube TV service if the two sides can't reach a deal on carriage price.

YouTube said on Monday it is in talks to renew a content partnership with Fox, but the media company is asking for payments above those received by partners providing comparable content.

YouTube TV's estimated nearly 10 million television homes could lose access to Fox Sports, Fox News and local stations if the two companies fail to reach a new distribution deal by Wednesday afternoon.
