Kentucky basketball's five-game winning streak came to a screeching halt in Nashville Tuesday night.Vanderbilt opened the game on a 7-0 run, with Kentucky not scoring its first points until just before the 16-minute mark when Colin Chandler knocked down a pair of free throws.

After not leading until 34 seconds remained, Kentucky Basketball closed the game by making three straight shots and holding the Tennessee Volunteers to no baskets in the final 5:38 remaining. It was a gritty effort in an 80-78 road win for the Wildcats.
