The easiest way to create a group email in Yahoo Mail is by simply sending an email to multiple addresses, but you can also make a mailing list.

When you view messages from contacts, Yahoo Mail will display emails only from people you've manually added to your contact list.

View your list of blocked contacts in the list in the window that loads. Scroll down the list to view all of your blocked contacts on Yahoo.
