An arrest has been made in a fatal hit-and-run that killed a 61-year-old man in Elk Grove earlier this week, police said.
Police said the Elk Grove man arrested lived in a home not far from where the deadly hit-and-run occurred Tuesday night.
A 61-year-old man was killed Tuesday after he was hit by a pickup truck while repairing a flat tire along Bruceville Road.
