The Finnish women's hockey team won't open Olympic play against Team Canada on Thursday as originally scheduled. A norovirus outbreak throughout the Finnish team has led to over a dozen players being quarantined ahead of the contest, per multiple reports.
The United States and Canada are the favorites to reach the gold medal game in both men's and women's hockey at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
Other curling matches set for Wednesday include Estonia vs. Switzerland, Great Britain vs. Norway, and Sweden vs. South Korea. All contests will be streamed on Peacock. Time: 1:05 p.m. ET
