Thousands of people in New Jersey are without power Sunday as a strong nor'easter sweeps across the region with heavy, flood-producing rains that are forecast to last into Monday morning in the Tri-State region.
On Sunday at 9:30 p.m. an updated coastal flood advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Monday at 11 p.m. for Gloucester, Camden and Burlington counties.
