Henry Richard, the older brother of Boston Marathon bombing victim Martin Richard, finished the 130th Boston Marathon on Monday afternoon. Richard finished with a time of 4 hours, 34 minutes, and 13 seconds. "It was good; I couldn't have asked for a better day," Richard said. "The Boston Marathon is one of the best days of the year."
