Anthony Edwards wasn't going to let the Minnesota Timberwolves lose. Edwards made a pair of 3-pointers and had two and-1s in the waning minutes of a wire-to-wire battle to lift the Wolves to a 127-119 victory over the Houston Rockets Thursday night at a sold-out and loud Target Center in Minneapolis.

Despite all the talk and the alleged “dirty” plays from Dillon Brooks, Anthony Edwards got the better of the Rockets on Thursday night. Edwards and Brooks were going at it throughout the game, with the chippiness leading to the two being separated on multiple occasions in Minnesota’s 127-114 triumph.
