Family and friends gathered to commemorate Hogan at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Clearwater, Fla.

WWE legend Hulk Hogan was laid to rest in a private funeral, which was held in Clearwater, Florida, on Tuesday, August 5. Close friends and family attended the funeral, which was a private affair. Hogan died due to a heart attack on July 24.

Hulk Hogan’s tribute to open WWE SmackDown on Friday night was nothing short of a tear-jerker. The event in Cleveland was opened with loud applause and the crowd chanting “Hogan” in unison to honor the late wrestler who died at 71 years old on Thursday. Fellow wrestler Triple H led the tribute for Hogan.
