The Cleveland Browns have released former Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Darius Rush as part of their latest round of cuts. Rush signed with the team two weeks ago and hopes that he showed enough to earn a spot on their practice squad. Rush was previously with the Kansas City Chiefs, but was waived/injured at the beginning of training camp.

Now that Pittsburgh has played each of its preseason games, here's a projection for the first Steelers' 53-man roster. While this exercise was relatively easy, there were a few tough decisions and one specific surprise in the form of a former third-round pick who enjoyed a solid training camp and preseason.
