Indian citizen Nimisha Priya is facing a death row for a murder in Yemen. What options and legal remedies does she have now to avoid death row?

Nimisha Priya's husband and daughter returned to India in 2014, due to financial reasons, and could not go back as Yemen halted visa service due to the ongoing civil war. Later in 2015, Nimisha joined hands with a Mahdi to set up her clinic in Yemen's capital city Sana as under Yemen's law only nationals are allowed to set up clinics and business firms.
