New wave post-punk group Devo, the art band behind the '80s hit "Whip It," is the subject of this rock documentary, as if the title didn't explain that. Director Chris Smith, he of Tiger King fame, is behind the film, which looks at the formation of the band and its influences using interviews with Devo members and rare archival footage. [ Trailer]
