Sam Wilson has succeeded Steve Rogers as Captain America on the big screen and on the page. But how did he end up as Cap in the comics?

Of course, as a longtime Captain America fan, I knew I needed to head to the movies immediately to witness its greatness, despite what critics have said about the film. I have to say that I came away with an unpopular opinion about Sam Wilson that I think some might not agree with, but here we go anyway.

In another version of Brave New World, Sam would've become more directly connected to the looming MCU crisis. The post-credits scene of Captain America: Brave New World sure is…something, huh.
