Carmel City Beach isn't, as it's below a cliff,but there's an accessible wood plank pathway to an overlook. Carmel State Beach is flat, and goes past the paved parking lot. A wheelchair will have to stop at the edge of the parking lot, which is about 400' from the water. As there are no concessionaires at either beach, beach wheelchairs aren't available.
Where are dog friendly places to eat that have entertainment?

Try Dametra Cafe. We saw several people with dogs last night. While they don't have "entertainment ", they sing and dance with the customers during the evening. Reservations are a must!
