The south bridge is currently closed (under construction)- you will have to go to the north bridge (entrance in the town of Waterford). To find that I had to map it the old fashioned way (but on a digital map, of course) as my GPS kept trying to route me to the South bridge. There is a visitor center there in Waterford (just before bridge) where you can park and then walk over. If you go on the weekend there is a parking fee of $6.
