Highly recommend this beach for walking and the stunning views. It’s not a sandy beach for sunbathing but so worth a visit for the raw beauty of the Atlantic Ocean.Full review by Connector205649

No, it has not been affected. However, keep in mind that the Atlantic ocean in Batsheba area is rough, the beach is rocky and though scenic for watching, it's not good for swimming, but best suited for surfing. It's a good spot to visit for an hour or two, enjoy the wild, untamed scenery, take some photos, but that's about it. I can not imagine spending more than an afternoon, let alone all of my vacation there. Unless you are an avid surfer and crashing waves are what you are looking for (in addition to an... uhm... authentic, rural, undeveloped area with literally nothing to do), go to the west side.
